Vision training

Red-blue light mini games for focus and visual tracking.

Use these short activities as warm-up play. Each game opens in a new tab so children can focus full screen, then return to continue routines and printables.

Suggested use: 3-8 minutes per game, with adult guidance and regular breaks.
This page provides interactive games for educational play only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Light guide

Use the games with red-blue glasses for a simple at-home routine.

These mini games work best as a short guided activity. If you want to make the session more structured, start with the game and add red-blue glasses so each eye gets a clearer visual task.

Why I built this page

I am a master's graduate and a mom of a 7-year-old girl with esotropia. Following medical guidance, we have practiced red-blue visual training five times a week for three and a half years.

We are seeing signs of improvement, and she recently made her school tennis team. I share this page to support families who need practical routines, encouragement, and trustworthy resources.

  • Recommended starter setup: 2 pairs, one left-red/right-blue and one reversed.
  • Suggested rhythm: 15 minutes a day, or 30 minutes twice a week with breaks.
  • Keep expectations realistic: this is a home training routine, not medical treatment.
